Questions about the E-fatbike?
No, the E-fatbike is considered an electric bicycle, so a helmet is not required. If you would like to wear a helmet, you are welcome to do so! You'll receive one free of charge, including a hairnet, and it will be regularly cleaned with an antibacterial steam cleaner.
No, because the E-fatbike is considered a normal bicycle, you can drive it without a driver's license.
We don't have a minimum age for riding the e-fatbike. However, we do recommend a minimum age of 14 years.
The maximum speed is 25 km/h.
The rate for renting an E-fatbike in Zeeland is €35 for the morning, €37.50 for the afternoon and €50 for a whole day.
With the e-fatbike, you can cycle about 50 km before the battery runs out. After that, you can continue cycling, but it will be a bit more strenuous.
